Private Pilates classes are advised for those that have pre-existing injuries and require more attention. And for clients that are new to Pilates.
The 1-on-1 session gives the client and the teacher time to find out the best and the safest way for the body to move, learn and heal.
We are using a variety of Pilates equipment, such as the Reformer, Trapeze Table & Wunda Chair to build strength, control and awareness.
Our Mat Pilates classes are ideal for those who have good body awareness, minimal injuries and want to build more strength, tone and flexibility. It’s a fun workout that will improve your core strength and general fitness, using a combination of small Pilates props that vary class-to-class, so you always feel challenged and entertained.
